La Résidence des Sables is an aparthotel that has been open since August 2020. It is made up of 4 single-storey houses, each containing 2 apartments:
an apartment with 1 bedroom and able to accommodate 1 to 4 people maximum - accessible for people with reduced mobility.
an apartment with 2 bedrooms and which can accommodate from 1 to 6 people maximum.
Central doors can be opened to enjoy the full house and accommodate up to 10 travelers.
The maximum capacity of the Residence is therefore 40 people.
A magnificent swimming pool area is available to travelers from June to September (depending on weather conditions).
